General Terms and Conditions – Shipping and Delivery
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store. By placing an order, the customer confirms that he has taken note of the following rules on shipping costs and accepts them.
1. general principles
1.1. shipping costs are calculated depending on the product category ordered.
1.2. for mixed orders, the product with the highest shipping costs determines the total shipping costs.
1.3. for orders containing XXL tiles, there is always a surcharge of €250 per pallet – regardless of the order value or destination country.
1.4. shipping is free for orders with a total value of at least €2,500 (except for the whirlpool category and the pallet surcharge for XXL tiles).
2. category-specific rules
a) Orders within the same category
Example: 15 packages 100×100 cm + 20 packages 120×120 cm → all fall into the category “Normal tiles” → Shipping costs: 95 €.
b) Orders from different categories
Example: 15 packages 100×100 cm + 20 packages 120×120 cm + 4 packages “XXL tiles” → Shipping costs determined by the highest category (“XXL tiles”) → 415.31 €.
c) Whirlpool category
– For products in the “Whirlpool” category, the shipping costs are a flat rate of €350, regardless of the order value.
– If an order contains several products, including a whirlpool tub, the shipping costs are calculated according to the “Whirlpool” category.
d) Orders with value > 2.500 € (except Whirlpool)
– Shipping is free for all product categories, except the category “Whirlpool”.
– For orders containing “XXL tiles”, the surcharge of 250 € per pallet still applies.
e) Category XXL tiles
– There is always a surcharge of €250 per pallet.
– If the total value of the order exceeds €2,500, basic shipping is free of charge; however, the surcharge of €250 per pallet remains mandatory.
3. final provisions
3.1 All shipping prices quoted apply to orders with delivery within Germany (example invoice). The rates for other countries may vary.
3.2. We reserve the right to update the shipping rates regularly depending on logistics costs and transport partners.
3.3. The customer is obliged to check the updated information on delivery and shipping before placing an order.
